"The hotel locates 8-10 minute walking distance to Vienna Central Station as well as nearby the tram line. Sound insulation is perfect. The only drawback is the comfort. The mattress is too hard (for me even though I like to sleep on a hard mattress) and the mattress is not comfortable: the middle of the mattress feels higher than the sides of the mattress, causing one to slip to the sides. "The property manager was very responsive to any and all questions. It was a little confusing to me how to get the key but it is a very efficient system where you input the code you are sent to open the mailbox for the unit and the access card keys are inside. Nice safe neighborhood. It’s about a 10 min walk to the downtown but I knew that so it wasn’t a problem at all. Easy walk along the main roads so I always felt safe"
