"We were looking to enjoy the mountain views of a quiet, Italian country side. This place had it all! The beautiful soul who was governess of the estate- Amelia- cooked us a DIVINE breakfast and helped us feel so very welcome! Can’t possibly say enough about her talent! Five stars!"

"We had higher expectations - and I don’t mean luxury. This is a very basic property, lacking many amenities you’d expect in a 3* star rated property (e.g. tea making facilities in the room) and maintained with little attention to detail. We had two dinners in their restaurant, no menu or prices, you find out the bill at check out and let me tell you it’s MUCH higher than we had anticipated for the quality and service received. Great pool near the port

"We had two nights here to complete our Sicily holiday. The hotel is expensive but it is summer. The room was spacious but the shower needs a good scrub. The pool was perfect for the hot days but railings and posts need some direct maintenance which is a feature of Sicily but should not be at this price. Location is good as it is not far to walk to the busy old town. Restaurant was very enjoyable. "

"The hotel is an easy 10/10!! The property is gorgeous and conveniently located to the piazza and a hiking trail. The resturaunt is definitely one of the best ones on Mondello strip as well!The pool was lovely and we used it everyday, they also have ocean access too. I stayed for 5 nights and six days with 3 travelers, we were properly accommodated. The staff were very helpful with any needs or questions. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay in Sicily! "

A week in Palermo

"This is a really lovely hotel in an amazing street in Palermo. It’s made up from three properties one of which was a monastery. The staff are really lovely the breakfast was excellent and the air conditioning was superb which was fabulous as the temperature was so high. We did the bus tour and visited the cathedral which was amazing. We also did the Mafia tour which was fascinating. "
