"I likely wouldnt stay at another Moxy. We (other cars were also waiting) for the Valet for about 15 min. When trying to call the front desk, absolutely no one answered on numerous occasions. Finally had to leave the car in the street while going inside to look for the Valet. Keep in mind there is no public parking. Check in is a little fucky. You check in at the Bar, but the barternders are pretty slow to help you. Rooms are fine if you like small. Went down for a few drinks and food around 8pm. Drinks are okay. Only a few options they would let you order on the menu. I have stayed at MANY Boutique Hotels and trendy hotels. I woudl pick the W Hotel over a moxy any day of the week. "

"I would definitely book with them again. Only thing is our shower water didn’t go down like it was supposed to and stayed in the shower. "

"Clean bed, no bugs. Very dusty room. Some of the toiletries were already opened and used (lotion). We requested a couple extra pillows during the night and it took 7 hours to get them. Breakfast was good but expensive."

"The facility was very nice as well as the staff. My issue is that they cancelled the reservation that was supposed to be paid when I got there because they charged my card on file which had expired. Since it declined, they cancelled the reservation that I’ve had since October. The staff found me a room but it was a little more than my reservation. I don’t like how Expedia tells us that we can pay onsite but then the hotel charges your card before you get there. "

"The staff was very nice, the room was spacious, and accommodating for the amount of people, none of the phones worked in the room and there were 3. Weren’t many pool towels, and there was hair in the pool all 3 days we were there. The bar area didn’t open until 5 all weekend. "
