"The staff was amazing and helpful and hotel was very nice with a good location"

"We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was beautiful and wonderfully maintained. The staff went out of their way to make us comfortable and help with our travel plans. Sorry that we couldn’t stay longer. 10 stars!!!!"

"Property was new and well maintained. Laundry facilities were excellent. Only criticism is that it was difficult to find the address on Didi as the name and address on Expedia are different to those on Didi (the local taxi service)."

"The room was clean and the location was great particularly for food and getting to the east gate. Hotel seems dated and is loaded with tour busses. So much so, it was difficult to get from one building to another. Go early for breakfast because it seemed picked over the morning we went a little later. Was a little loud earlier in the evening but it did quiet down and we had a good sleep. "

"The room was well appointed and had a scenic view of the mountains. The shower had hot water and the bed was comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful, with all kinds of services available. The breakfast was tasty with a wide assortment of options. Good coffee machine with espresso. The area is quiet and secluded - I saw some beautiful birds in the nearby trees. I also tried food from their restaurant and it was cooked well."

"I genuinely loved my stay here. The inn is family-owned and takes great care of you. They helped me plan my trip in Zhangjiajie, order tickets, find routes, and recommend things to do nearby. Everyone on the staff were so kind, and it really elevated the trip experience. Highly recommend staying here."

"Das Frühstück war gut aber durch die vielen Leute beim Frühstück war immer schnell alles aus ."

"De omgeving is groen en rustig. In de tuin staat een schommelstoel, heerlijk om even te ontspannen na een wandeling in de bergen."

"C’est très pratique d’être proche de l’entrée Zimugang du parc, il y a beaucoup moins de monde et on évite les longues files d’attente. La salle cinéma est une bonne surprise, parfait pour se détendre après une longue randonnée."

"Stunning Grand Hotel quality for a fraction of 5Star price. Just NOT to look for it on DiDi by name, only by address: Avatar Valley Grand Hotel is actually “ Zhangjiajie Country Garden Phoenix Hotel” We had luck with a friendly DiDi driver that helped us and called their local number to verify location. Breakfast buffet room looks like an Opera House. Swimming Pools are huge. Not crowded at all for the 1400 rooms available. Late August, maybe seeemed maybe 10% occupied. Amazingly helpful Staff...

"The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, and their service was very generous; they were always trying to assist and were excellent guides on our tours. I should clarify that the breakfast is very basic, I completely understand that, but Robbie and her husband deserve top marks for their excellent service."

"시설도 깨끗하고 공연도 볼만 합니다. 가족과 함께 같이 숙박시설 이용하면 좋네요"

"Awesome people and the locations was perfect. They helped us the whole time and made the trip smooth"

"Everything was really perfect and lovely"
