"Maison située au calme bien que peu éloignée du bourg. Les moutons et faisans nous tiennent compagnies pour les randonnées c est ideal , pour l Espagne que qq kms seulement. Et la maison !!! Nous ne pouvions pas trouver mieux , merci à Patricia et Yves qui restent à notre écoute"

"Overall, I would not dissuade anyone from renting the property but it did not live up to the glowing reports we based our decision on when we booked & accordingly we were disappointed. The property is in a traditional style, some areas would benefit from improvement as they are clearly worn. The main issue was that the entire house smelt very musty and this was very strong given the intense heat. Opening all windows doors etc obviously helped, the smell reduced but did not go entirely...

Espaces généreux, à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur, dans le séjour comme dans les chambres, avec un beau et grand jardin soigné. La piscine a été très appréciée, le temps nous a gâtés ! Hôte très sympathique qui a à cœur que sa maison plaise."

"This house in very confusing layout and the electronics for lights, curtains, gates, etc are confusing and difficult to use. The yard is not maintained. Great view of the ocean. This is in a suburban/rural area with no stores or shops near. Only 1/2 of the home was rented to us. b"

"The apartment is 15 minutes far from the center of Biarritz and well connected with the service. The housekeeper is really kind however we have found the apartment really dirty, mistly the bathroom"

"Superbe maison au calme et proche de tout (Espagne, St jean de Luz, commerces). Grand terrain pour les enfants, piscine en plein soleil. Les chambres sont très correctes et confortables. Propriétaire très sympathique et plutôt arrangeant. Selon nous, il manque un peu d'équipements pour les tous petits (barrière dans les escaliers et éventuellement un lit parapluie d'appoint) mais pour les enfants, ras, de quoi jouer à disposition (foot, rugby, skate,...). Le b-mol c'est la facturation...

"The five of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the villa....the amenities were all as described, and the owner Julie was delightful. It certainly felt like home from home, and once we had mastered the hob and cooker we were away. We would certainly recommend the villa, the only downside was getting into the garage as with such a big car it was very tight, but after a few days we mastered that too. We all would certainly return, and fingers crossed if the golfing event is in Biarritz again next...

"The villa is very nice, very clean and well equipped. Easy access to Biarritz, Bayonne, St Jean and San Sebastien so a great location to explore all that SW France has to offer. Lovely baker 10 mins away and an excellent supermarket 15 mins away. The owner's husband kindly drove to both to show us how to get to them. However, despite paying the not insignificant additional cleaning charge, we were given a long lecture on arrival on keeping the kitchen clean, the BBQ clean and putting every item...

"No info for check in provided before arrival whereas the reception was closed. For check out the reception lady was late. If you are allergic to acariens don't go there , seems the blanket and sofa are never cleaned. "

"The apartment was nice and clean and the site was fairly quiet, although there seemed to be a lot of guests, judging from the occupancy of the car park. We had no problems at all while we were there."
