The tourist tax is automatically calculated on 18 adults, please note in your reservation a number of children (-18 years old, not subject to this tax) which will automatically reduce the price of the tax. Travelers and additional animals, in agreement with us, will not be charged extra. In case of cancellation less than 60 days before arrival, only the 25% deposit will be non-refundable. As an owner I expect from my travelers a deposit in the amount of 3000 € that I would return to the inventory.
