- A bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet, and washing machine.

Upstairs:

- A first bedroom with a 160cm double bed and wardrobe.
- A second mezzanine bedroom with a 140cm double bed and a wardrobe.

A shaded terrace (east-facing) with outdoor furniture, an electric griddle, and a storage shed.

Access to the communal swimming pool: open from June 15th to September 30th.

Free parking space in the residence's reserved parking area.

Cleaning and linens are not included in the rental price. Contact us for rates. Upon arrival, you will be asked for two security deposits: one of €800 for the accommodation and one of €100 for the end-of-stay cleaning.

Pets are not allowed.
