Beautiful villa with panoramic views of the sea Amezti 58

Luxury villa with an area of 1000 square meters is located in the exclusive district of San Sebastian (Spain). Unique architecture, panoramic views of the ocean, exotic garden, 7 bedrooms, sauna, swimming pool, jacuzzi, gym and terrace. The villa is suitable for 14 guests.
Just a few houses in San Sebastian can be compared with the proposed location for the villa, the comfort and privacy of private life. It offers a circular view of the Atlantic Ocean, turns into a truly theatrical sunset of extraordinary beauty in the evening. Such famous architects in Spain as Alejandro Peña and Juan José Arrizabalaga created an impressive and majestic design of the villa.
Luxury house in modern style has all the amenities. The elegant interior is open plan with the large sliding doors that open onto a terrace. The terrace is equipped with a barbecue area to enjoy of fresh air.
Villa "sits" on the mountain, surrounded by an exotic tropical garden (olive trees, cork trees, palm trees and a variety of rare shrubs and flowers). There is a large swimming pool with counter current near the villa.
On the first level of the villa there is a sauna and jacuzzi with panoramic views of the sea and the pool with the "illusion overflow into the sea." Next is a lounge with dining area and kitchen. On the same level there is a large gym.
At the middle level of the villa: a large open living room and kitchen overlook the shadowed terrace with a dining table - a summer dining room. Barbecue is located next. Also, at this level of the villa offers a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower cabin.
Three bedrooms with private bathrooms are located on the upper level of house. The bedrooms have access to the outdoor terraces and balconies with beautiful views of the pool and the sea.
In the second part of the villa there are an open living room, dining room and kitchen excurrent onto a terrace overlooking the sea. As well as three bedrooms with private bathrooms and showers.
The perfect place to enjoy a meal in the dining room or on the outdoor sun terrace, swim in their own pool or roll about on a sun lounger, to arrange an afternoon siesta in a spacious bedroom, or just relax on the soft white cushions, inhaling the salty air.

San Sebastian House

This house in very confusing layout and the electronics for lights, curtains, gates, etc are confusing and difficult to use. The yard is not maintained. Great view of the ocean. This is in a suburban/rural area with no stores or shops near. Only 1/2 of the home was rented to us. b

Feels like a hip hop video set

What can you say about Villa Lanperna? One of a kind spot that is both baffling and awesome. Who built this place and why? Is this an oligarchs Spanish villa? Or is it (the late) DMXs? Is that the Balenciaga (fashion icon) family estate a couple of doors down (it is)...We were there with a bunch of friends and family for over two weeks and loved it but have so many questions that will likely never be answered. Please - don't take anything i'm saying as negative because it is truly awesome for a vacation - I never had and likely never will be in a place like that again. There is a short list of (not that big of) cons: no AC (but stays relatively cool because of all the cement.. but still, we were there in a heat wave and it was HOT). The house is out of town, with no (or very little) cell service so calling taxi s, etc isn't the easiest thing and you'll likely want transportation for everyone. The WIFI can be spotty. The front gate (and their FOBs) can be a bit finnicky (sometimes they didn't' work) and the neighbours can be annoying - they yelled at us on a Sunday afternoon for being too loud in the pool ( we were playing with our kids) and even stopped us on the road to complain to us directly (I can promise you we are not a big party group) But, let me tell you - those (minor) negatives are nothing when you're staying there. It is awesome - we cooked many nights on the large charcoal grill with dinners outside watching the sunset. The pool (and pool area) is spectacular and perfect size for a full house. Most bedrooms are massive and have absolutely insane views. There is a full gym (if thats your thing) as well as a sauna, a couple of kitchens, an elevator so you don't have to walk up three flights of stairs (my kid loved that) and just wild architectural choices at every turn. Alex, the host/manager, is highly communicative and responded to me extremely quickly every time we had a question or needed some help. If you can pull it off, i'd highly recommend staying here. Perfect for a big vacation with friends and family.

Amazing house & Location

The house is huge and in a beautiful location. Really recommend not to far from the city by car or taxi. Wifi is great the only thing is that there is little cell-phone reception. Didn't bother us.

All around great house to stay in if you have 8-10 adults. I would not say that it is too kid friendly though. All bedrooms and bathrooms are super nice. The construction and design are impeccable. Thank you!

Spectacular villa

I spent a week in the villa together with 6 friends in August 2019. We had a great time! The villa was spectacular with amazing seaview and perfect size for a large group of people. Walking distance to the city but also easy to go by taxi. Only negative is quite poor mobile coverage and wifi but maybe that was good in the end because it kept people away from the screens. Alexey and his wife were really helpful and service minded and always easy to get in touch with. I highly recommend renting the villa!

Spacious villa with gorgeous ocean views, great for large groups visiting San Sebastian.

Our extended family of 10 loved this villa. Alexey met us at check in and guided us through the house, he was very responsive with follow up questions (he was also very gracious and patient with us and our lack of speaking Spanish). There was plenty of room for our group of 3 generations, with kids ages 11-15. The teens loved having their own space, the hot tub and weight room. Almost every bedroom has a sweeping view of the ocean. The outdoor patio is a wonderful place to gather for meals and a drink, while taking in the ocean views. There are lots of stairs (3 levels) but the house has an elevator which was very helpful for my parents who are in their 70s.

Breathtaking

The location of the home within an easy drive of the bustling downtown of San Sebastian is perfect. Perched above the water, with spectacular views from virtually everywhere, this is an extraordinary place to stay. The house is dramatic - not even the many pictures on the website fully do it justice. Polished concrete, with towering ceilings, an excellent kitchen, work-out facilities, sauna, pool, indoor jacuzzi make this mansion unique. The beds and furniture were also comfortable. Alexey was extraordinarily friendly and accommodating, although having some knowledge of Spanish is helpful. I stayed with a few friends who often travel together and everyone concurred this was among the best places we have stayed. I hope to return soon with my wife!

These are the comments from my 11 clients, who stayed at the villa in September: Alexey and his wife were very responsive to their questions and problems and came promptly. Here are the issues that the clients had concerns with: The pictures on Home Away mostly showed the exterior with views, and the common areas. The four bedrooms in the main house are accessible by elevator, which was good, but the annex bedrooms are only accessible by stairs, and one couple had to climb 3 flights of stairs. All 3 of the showers in the annex had flooding at one point or were clogged.. In the main house, nobody knew how to use the TV or appliances. It would be helpful to have a set of instructions in English so they could be used. The coffee maker could only make one cup at a time for 11 people, There should have been more supplies in the kitchen, like plates for that many people. There should have been trash cans in all of the bathrooms. The house should never be rented to families with children, as it felt like there are many safety hazards due to the design and concrete which is all over. They felt that children could easily fall from one level to the next. The views were spectacular and the group, which came from different countries, had a great time, but they could not stay at the villa again.

Beautiful property and views

First impression when you walk in is "wow!" This quiet and spacious home has stunning views from just about every room and is perfect for a large family or group. While it is a bit removed from town, everything you may need is just a short drive down hill, but in a house this lovely, you may not want to leave.

Spectacular villa, quiet area, great for families.

3 Norwegians families (6adults/8kids age 3-12) last week of July 2018. What a house - Enjoyed every minute of it! We placed the 6 oldest kids in their own section (the western part, 3 bedrooms, one livingroom) and everyone was happy:) Nice area for cycling and running - and then you can finish of in the gym. Very quiet and private area, but you do need a car. Lovely views and sunsets. San Sebastian is less than 10min away with a car. House is perfect if you’re looking for something x-tra whether your a big familiy or just 7 couples looking for surf and gourmet food in San Sebastian Alexey answers very quickly and was very helpful when we had questions or when we needed assistence. .
