"I had a wonderful stay at the St. Regis! The staff was super accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was great! The premises were clean and so was our room. The food was great (I ate at the bar, the restaurant, and the breakfast station downstairs). Everything was amazing and I will definitely be coming back when I return to Osaka. "

"View from our room was nice, PJs were comfortable and supplied but the hotel spa was not included in room rate and was extra, which was disappointing. The actual public bath is still quite good. Facilities were solid but no option for breakfast in nearby area, dinner okay. Rooms are a bit dated and a little small otherwise okay. It's connected to station so walking through to hotel was easy and close which was good."

"location is good nearby train station, good to shopping. Room cleaning need to upgrade"dust" and in the event of an accident,please make announcements in english or mandarin(chinese)."

"Finding the reception was the hardest part because when you first walk in you have to figure out where it's at. (It was on the 5th floor or something, I don't remember) The area around is amazing, very close to Osaka Castle (About 15min walk/5min taxi) The view of the river is beautiful especially when the boats are going by. It's connected to a massive mall that has lots of food and shops. I spent a lot of money on the cheap and delicious sushi at the Moyori City shop!"
