"Overall is good except the shower are shared by male and female. Our girls were afraid to go to the washroom by themselves. But all in all the property is so affordable, clean with nice staff that speak english."

"Ours was a late booking for 4 days during a 13-day trip to visit family in Osaka. The non-smoking suite with bedroom and 'living room' with kitchen facilities was a little dated but everything was clean and worked and we enjoyed it. However, anyone over 6 feet tall should pay attention to the low door and ceiling heights! "Great value place to stay right in the centre of Dotonburi. The capsules were really clean, comfy and spacious and the bathrooms were really clean too. There was also plenty of room to store bags as well which was a bonus."

"Location was perfect. It was close to the local train stations and about 8-10 mins walk to Dotonbori and Kuromon market. There’s a lot of restaurants to eat at and a lot of shops around the area. "

"I would highly recommend this place for anyone. Couples can get accommodations in a private room with a private bath on the 10th floor with a beautiful view. Breakfast is minimal but delicious and the coffee is quite good. This would have to be one of my top stays in Japan And I would give it 10 stars "

"For the price, it is very good value. Location is decent, 15 min walk to Shinsaibashi/Dotonbori/Kuromon. It is quite loud even through out the night as it faces a highway. They even provide earplugs as they know how loud it is. So not for light sleepers for sure. Family mart right across the street. Another thing to note is there are so so many signs all posted around the place - telling you what you can’t do. Again for the price, this is probably as good as it’ll get. "

"Place was very fancy. Amenity was plentiful. Room was also nice. Only complaint I have is that there was one point when the bidet stopped working and I was smelling sewage inside the whole bathroom, emitting odor strongly. That lasted for about the whole night until the next morning but I was not sure what that was. "

"Big and comfortable capsule hotel. Clean room, nice common area to sit, rest, eat. Hair dryer sometimes only available on the 9th floor, where the public bath is, so that was a bit inconvenient. "

"Service was excellent, rooms and facilities were kept clean. Didn't need to wait to use the facilities. Basic and small but excellent location and friendly helpful staff! First room was noisy as it was on the main road but the window didn't seem to close properly or offer sufficient sound proofing. "
