"I had reserved a vip king studio that was suppose to have a jetted tub but instead had a a leaky shower that soaked the floor and almost killed me. was told i would get two bottles of water upon check in and did not. Hotel itself is cute in stature but you can tell it is old when you look at the moldy and peeling baseboards as you sit on the toilet. Staff was nice upon great. They did say in the confirmation email that they would offer to upgrade my room for free upon check in due to my vip status but did not unfortunately.. not even my water. Satisfactory stay...parking was easy a little spendy at $40 a night. But it was convenient and you could upgrade to 50 for valet but i have a manuel car so i usually dont deal with the hastles. Pick up only starbucks on the corner was great. "

"We absolutely loved our stay. The vibe and theme of the hotel were just what we were looking for. The employees were amazing and helpful. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfy and the rooms were quiet. However, there were many amenities that I think of as fairly standard that they didn't have. They were unimportant to us, but might be a bigger deal to other travelers. There is no spa/hot tub, just a really chilly pool No fridge, microwave, coffee maker, iron in the room Continental breakfast was amusingly lacking Only about half of their game room was functional Again, we loved our stay and would stay again, but if any of the above are important for your stay, then it might not be a great fit for you."

"I liked the selection of TV channels, it even had a YouTube app, which I watch more than anything else since COVID-19. Even though the hotel is located next to freeway, it was a pleasant stay, and I slept well."

"5th year in a row my 9 year old daughter and I stay 1-2 nights for our annual Daddy-Daughter Christmas date. Great hotel, beautiful with amazing views of Seaport Village, the Coronado Bridge and the sunset. Great snack and dining options onsite, easy valet parking, or very walkable from the train station which we've done a few times. Conveniently located near gaslamp for tons of dining options and fun. Will be back next year for our 6th annual trip."

"The staff and hotel were exceptional. That said, the room itself is too maximalist for my taste. It was just too much and it gave me a migraine. The lighting in the bathroom and in the vanity area was so poor that you couldn't even see to put makeup on. All in all, there are no major complaints. "

"Our room was great, the view was amazing. The people at the desk were nice. The parking on ground level was annoying because people can’t park within a line to save their life. So we ended up parking downstairs for the whole trip, which is totally fine. It’s a nice location though, definitely would stay again."
