"lovely views and so nice to have a restaurant inside that's so pretty"

"I enjoyed the room. It was clean. The bed was amazing. It had a pool and a weight room. The view out my room was spectacular. It was of the river and a quaint little bridge. The continental breakfast was delicious. With a wide selection of food."

"I felt like the cleanliness could have been better. There was urine around the edge of the toilet at the floor level. The walls are thin and you can regularly hear others talking."

"The staff was extremely helpful and polite. Upon arrival, I explained to the staff that my K9 had a upset stomach, The front desk gave me some puppy pads at no charge. This is what you call customer service.... Thank you..."

"I love this hotel! The rooms are large, the pool is awesome and the staff is kind and helpful! Also it’s a great place to bring kids."

"Convenient to airport"

"The lakeside property was beautiful. My only negative comment, and this will admittedly be different for every traveler, is that I found the bed to be way too firm for my taste."

"Arrived at hotel at 4pm after full day of travel from Seward. 3pm check in but room not ready. Room finally ready at 5pm. Manager said she would give $200 credit. Never received the credit. Room was dirty with worn and frayed carpet. Breakfast buffet was one of the most sparse I’ve ever seen. Coffee was good. Considering I paid $600/night it was extremely disappointing."

"Was right behind the elevators and were heard rising and lowering throughout the night making it difficult to sleep."
