"Enjoyed a relaxing 3-day family staycation in this wonderful rental. The 1-BR unit is modern and spacious, with all the necessary amenities. Located within a gated community and a residential property, it was a “home away from home” experience that no hotel stay can duplicate. "This property was a nice safe place for family of 4. It was in a more residential neighborhood. A car is a must if you are going to stay here as it's a ways from beaches and night life. There is one bar/restaurant that is walkable and was great for breakfast and drinks. It does include washer and dryer but no laundry detergent and minimal toiletries/towels. Some touches such as laundry detergent, beach chairs that you could take to beaches, and some toiletries would make it 5 stars. "

"My family and I loved every minute of our stay. There were times it was too good to be true….arrived to find a deer in the side garden with the flowering trees, woke up the next morning to a double rainbow over the bay and hummingbirds outside the kitchen window. The property manager was super responsive, met us at the house, and showed us around the place. The view is spectacular, the pool gets plenty of sun all day, and the outside area has plenty of seating in the sun and shade. The house was clean and comfy and plenty of room for us all. Would definitely stay again!"

"Our family of five (kids ages 20, 18, and 14) had a fantastic week staying at Seagate. The house is very close to Cruz Bay, the ferry, and downtown. The house is spacious and the deck overlooking the ocean is just perfect. The ability to snorkel from the house is wonderful. Communication with property management was smooth. Highly recommend. "

It was well equipped with all of the things—entertainment (snorkel stuff, kayak, paddle boards, necessities (laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, coffee filters, towels) & more. "We loved this house. Lots of wildlife from Iguanas, to hermit crabs to a friendly family of deer. The private pool was wonderful as well as the amazing view. The bedrooms are very private. The upstairs area is all recently remodeled. The two lower level bedrooms are not remodeled and are very separate from the rest of the house so just be aware if planning to use these rooms. The concierge person was extremely helpful in pretrip planning. You are close to the grocery stores as well as the Westin where we went for a day sail. We had a fantastic stay! "
