"It was our first time staying at the Aethos hotel and it was an incredibly warm and welcoming experience from the moment we stepped into the building for check in to checking out. The staff were extremely friendly, Mitsu was a fantastic place for food and drinks and everything felt extremely luxurious without being overwhelming or forced. It was by far one of the best stays we've had in awhile and we'll definitely be returning for our future trips in London."

"I spent five days at art’otel London and had a memorable stay. The hotel is modern, stylish, and artistic, making it feel like more than just accommodation. Returning each day felt special. My studio room was comfortable, but the standout was the spectacular view over London, which made mornings and evenings unforgettable. What truly defined my stay was the staff. The doorman team—Saiful, Paul, and Alex—were consistently warm and welcoming. Mira and Mike at reception were also friendly and helpful, setting a great tone. I also appreciated the security team and many others whose names I didn’t catch. These everyday moments of kindness—greetings, help, and conversation—made the hotel feel like a home away from home. Most experiences were excellent, though a few interactions at The Brush, including with manager Alicia and some bar staff, were less positive and felt inconsistent with the rest of the hotel’s hospitality. Overall, the positives far outweighed the negatives. The building, atmosphere, room, and especially the people made my stay exceptional. After five days, I left with lasting appreciation and would happily return. Thank you to all the staff mentioned and many others for making my London trip so enjoyable. art’otel will definitely be my choice again."

"Fantastic location which meant I could wake up early on Sunday morning and head over to Columbia Road Flower Market. I was on the basement level, which meant you could hear the northern line underground rolling past. Other than that it was an incredible place to stay."

"I checked in online to make it easier and more streamlined but when I got there I had to do it again. What was the point? The hotel is great, looks the part but there is no aircon, the bed was too soft (if your sharing a bed, if your partner moves, you move), pillows were very thin. I think some minor things need to be done to make it a 5/5 but it was clean, staff friendly. Used to pool, clean with some beautiful views."
