"First time saying at this hotel. It was very clean, quiet and had quick access to the Elizabeth Line. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We arrived before our room was ready, but the front desk staff was kind enough to take our luggage and provided recommendations on where to get something to eat close by. The rooms were clean, comfortable and well maintained. While the pool was on the smaller side, we were thankful that there was a pool to enjoy during the heatwave. I would stay here again with no issues!"

"Great stay! The room was modern, comfortable, and very well maintained, with an amazing bathroom and excellent amenities. The only area for improvement is Some staff have limited English, which can lead to misunderstandings. For example, we received written information via email saying the gym would close the next day, when it was actually closing the following week. A small issue, but better communication would avoid this kind of confusion. Overall, a very enjoyable stay! Loved the hotel and the brand!"

"Booked for one overnight stay. I was using the room really to sleep not to hang out in. However, the room was especially compact. Huge bed in a small double room, toilet with a sliding glass door to access the shower - again it wasn’t a huge concern as I stayed 1 night. Importantly, the amenities were very clean, bed fresh and comfortable. Also had AC which was essential during heatwave, however unit became really noisy in the morning making gurgling sounds. Staff really friendly, location brilliant."

"An excellent base to explore London. A nearly new hotel with great, helpful staff. It was very clean. The only surprise was that it wasn't air conditioned, which would have made sleeping easier, given how hot it was when I stayed."
