"My 12yo child and I stayed 3 nights at this lower unit that’s one of the rentals in this house. A few problems we noticed: the unit is dark. The only bright space is the bedroom facing the street but it’s set up with a small /twin mattress in a queen sized frame, both in very worn out shape. This would be the quieter bedroom of the two since its ceiling is mostly along the roof line so nobody could wake you from upstairs.
