"This is a lovely place to stay and the communication with the host was excellent. It's a nice location and there were helpful notes and instructions throughout the house to make things easy for us. There's lots of natural light and it's well decorated. There were plenty of dishes, cutlery, etc., and the master bath had a heated floor which was a treat. Strongly recommend!"

The host arrived in person to find out they gave the door code to another renter without properly verifying the individual's identity. We received a full refund but no further compensation was offered for the inconvenience that has been experienced.
