"The location of this place is awesome, very convenient, close to the highway, the river walk, playground, and stores. The place itself was a little dated, and not the cleanest. I did contact the host and he assured me the place was cleaned prior to our arrival. My first impression was not the best, as there were toys laying in the front yard, kitchen and bathroom were not the cleanest. But for the price and location the place became home for a week and turned out to be good."

"The house is pretty... But only functional. It is nice that it's close enough to the middle of the city it doesn't take long to get anywhere. Two of the 5 beds are old and one is a thin spring mattress that was lumpy and hard as a board. There needs to be more instructions around parking since the neighbors are very possessive of the front and back of their houses. Garbage cans in every room would be nice. Should probably reduce the amount of lock boxes so we know which one has the key in. And...
