Appreciate shortbread and water refill each day. Delicious breakfast with cheese/meat, freshly baked croissant and menu choice for egg plates. Starts 6.30 weekdays and 7.30 weekends. Restaurant available in the backyard. I wish there was lotion available. Room might need light refurbishing."

"On the first night of my stay, the hot water wasn’t working, so I had to take a cold shower. When I first brought up the issue, I was disappointed that her initial response was not an apology. I would have appreciated a simple and sincere apology for the inconvenience. I also had to ask about compensation myself, rather than having it offered proactively. I was eventually provided with some bottled water, but I felt that a sincere apology should have come first."

"The bed was very comfortable, the shower worked fine but the room was very hot it was mid-20s in August so that's expected there were two fans in the room but didn't really do much. the breakfast was amazing there's a selection of buffet style foods where you can make your own toast, pastries, cereal, fruit and you can order your breakfast from a menu to be cooked fresh we also used the luggage room for our heavy bag so we could wonder around London the next day and come back and collect it...
