"Our room was huge with a separate lounge room, all clean . Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely. Close to walk into the city and restaurants, would definitely stay again."

"Everything was good/ great, the swipe cards and the elevators reduced my experience. Swipe cards were unreliable in the elevators, at least one elevator out of service daily, all three broken down for 2 1/2 hours at dinner time, with me stuck on floor 10 making me seriously late to a dinner meeting. Swipe cards only worked occasionally to enter my room, up to 3minutes of repetitive trying before entry was granted. Fix this and I would have rated 4.5 - 5 Stars"

"Rooms were clean, neat, well equipped and quiet. Bed was comfy. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, excellent selection in buffet style, so of course not freshly cooked. Only criticism would be that tables be cleared and wiped a bit quicker so new patrons have a clean spot to sit without needing to ask. "

"Clean and modern, the bed and pillows were great! It’s in the thick of the night life area so there was a little street noise but that is to be expected. The staff were great, super friendly and the welcome cookies were delicious."

"Great location. Room itself was good. Room was next to stairs noisy from people going up and down who where staying there, and noisy from the moving stuff around in restaurant (kegs) Didn't hear the noise of the busy pub on Saturday night due to where room located. Would stay again if room is 1-3"
