"Lovely stay, my room was perfect and the staff were exceptional."

"Everything was good/ great, the swipe cards and the elevators reduced my experience. Swipe cards were unreliable in the elevators, at least one elevator out of service daily, all three broken down for 2 1/2 hours at dinner time, with me stuck on floor 10 making me seriously late to a dinner meeting. Swipe cards only worked occasionally to enter my room, up to 3minutes of repetitive trying before entry was granted. Fix this and I would have rated 4.5 - 5 Stars"

"Hard to get more central than this, a stones throw away from everything in the city. The bed was comfortable and the facilities were clean, it's not the most glamorous but for the price and location everything was great. The staff were very kind to let us check in early as our room was ready also."

"Clean and modern, the bed and pillows were great! It’s in the thick of the night life area so there was a little street noise but that is to be expected. The staff were great, super friendly and the welcome cookies were delicious."

"This is a most convenient place to stay with a good parking arrangements close by. These are expensive but the hotel arrangements assist with the cost. Great convenient place fkr shopping, eating, public transport and theatres."
