"My stay at the Rui Plaza in Toronto was wonderful! The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are very clean and the staff is friendly and welcoming! The buffet breakfast is great and the location of the hotel is perfect for exploring the city!"

"Nice room. Seperate living room space. Clean. Doors lock at 10pm and you'll need to card back in but it's not inconvenient. "

"Room was clean, but the shower was a mess. The adjustable shower head was broken. Also the door handle was loose so there was a visible gap between the door handle and the door. Everything else was great. "

"The Host did not email our check-in instructions. I went through the Expedia App to get a phone number to try and connect, and get our check-in instructions & information. I left an email, and a voicemail and nothing was returned. I would advise that you do not use this property. "

"The room was very clean! I had issues with my registrations which I am still not sure why amor if it was on my end but the staff were fantastic when I was in contact with them. The access was easy and the staff were kind and accommodating. This was a first time at a self serve hotel and it was neat. The rooms was spacious and modern but a little too much so for our personal preference. We prefer a door to sperate the bathroom space and found the toilet in a "glass booth" interesting. All in all is was a great stay, with a comfy bed. Amanda said hit her ankle in the low floating frame but that's not your fault. The end is a little low which could be a deterrent to some. All in all staff and location made it all a very enjoyable stay. Thank you. "
