"This is my first time coming to this town and this place that we stay in it. It was in my opinion the best of the best the view, the hospitality and the warmth the owner showed to his guest. I highly recommend it to everyone. "
"Giuseppe and his little bed and breakfast was a breath of fresh air! I recommend staying in a little town near the “main 3” Lake Como cities. Lierna was a perfect place to stay. This little B&B is convenient to the train station and water walkway. The food was delicious and we enjoyed the company and recommendations. "
"This is a hidden gem with the best view with free breakfast and best accommodating hotel we’ve been through our road trip, we feel like so special, one of the best!!"
"From beginning to end - i could not have asked for a more friendly, welcoming host.
Communication was fantastic and despite our very delayed late arrival - the lovely angy met us personally and welcomed us.
This is a delightful rustic agriturismo up in the hills near galbiate. A friendly family run accommodation that unfortunately was hit hard during covid and are slowly building back up to full business again.
They very kindly upgraded us to the larger room complete with mini kitchen (fridge,...
"We had such a wonderful stay! The staff were so welcoming and helped us with recommendations and restaurant bookings. Breakfast and dinner options were tasty with a breathtaking view on the terrace. We’d definitely come back. "
"This hotel was amazing! The views were excellent, the bus stop was right outside, it was clean and beautiful, and the included breakfast was so nice!"
"This really was a most magical place to visit, the peace and calm of the area was just what I needed after hectic working weeks! I wish I had stayed longer to enjoy more of the spa, the village is hard to get to, and very small but the hotel makes up for that. The night we stayed there was a lightning storm and the hotel came to collect us from the local pizza restaurant which was so kind! A lovely places with lovely staff, cannot recommend highly enough! "The property was a unique, family run B&B. The hosts were awesome, very helpful and kind, Giacomo was amazing offering suggestions for exploring the areas around Lake Como, dining options and historical sites in the region. The property and grounds were very well maintained. The pool and garden was a great way to wind down after a day of exploring. On our last day we noticed our rental car had a flat tire, the hosts called one of their friends to repair the tire and escorted us to the shop to get it fixed.
Thank you for a Great stay ‘Jack’ hope to see you soon"
"The Grand Nautilus beachfront hotel on Lake Como is an Amazing Boutique hotel that sits between dramatic mountains and a beautiful private beach. The property itself is extensive and filled with beautiful greenery. There are various areas to relax, such as lounge chairs with umbrellas, beach cabanas, a cushioned swing, and a gazebo.
The staff made the experience even better.
Magda and Olen were incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive without being overbearing. The owner who we met on the first day was very friendly and even showed us his car collection! There's a small bar and restaurant on site for hotel guests, with a complimentary breakfast, and an à la carte menu for lunch and dinner.
With just 30 rooms, the hotel has a very private, exclusive feel. It never felt crowded. One of the highlights for us was waking up to the lake view from our balcony each morning. It was peaceful, beautiful, and made the whole experience feel truly special.
I would definitely recommend staying"
"We loved the hotel, it was far enough from the hustle and bustle but still very walkable. The beaches are right outside the doors of the hotel, there was a bunch of restaurants outside the hotel doors as well. The rooftop lounge was wonderful and there is a car rental that was so much fun to drive around. It's like a Vespa meets a Fiat. We had a wonderful stay and would do it all over again!"
"This charming and comfortable home was perfect for our visit to Lecco. The views from the house and yard were spectacular, and the charcoal grill permitted us to have a cookout one night. Well equipped kitchen, great toys for the children, very clean throughout the whole home, and very gracious host. The fresh bread and cookies and beautiful sweet nectarines left to welcome us were an extra special welcome. Would joyfully return! "
"Although parking is easy and near , you have to be ready to park off premises. The hotel is amazing, we need a large mirror in the rooms. Other than these all is very good and clean and everyone is very friendly "
"Me and my family stayed here for a week to go to my brother’s wedding up in Belagio. This place is beautiful and the view is also amazing from the dock. Luciano and his wife were very welcoming and accommodated all of our needs as much as they could. Breakfast options was also great. The locals are very friendly , I befriended two of the local business owners around the area as well. The room we stayed in was the biggest one in the top , we loved the sun roofs. Overall the room service was also great. I definitely recommend Don Abbondio. "
"The staff was unbelievable. So sweet and helpful. We were supposed to stay one night and extended a second. There is a super cute area that is walking distance. The hotel is quiet and beautiful. The restaurants and views are amazing. Renting a boat around the area is also super easy. 10/10! Oh and they are kid and dog friendly. The only thing is I wish the pool was better positioned but whatever. "
