They have a communal lounge area where you can hang out and grab a drink, patio tables outside, and a restaurant that on its own is worth the visit. The breakfast was amazing and very filling. Rooms are serviced every day. Our apartment was comfortable with everything we needed. We chose to walk to and from the lake and although steep in parts, it is totally doable. "The Agriturismo Il Colle in Bellagio is a gem. The advantage of having parking can not be over emphasized. That is outstanding. It does require a short walk into the town center, but that is not too bad and the parking is totally worth it. The self wine dispenser is a lovely service. The setting is beautiful and it is wonderful to have a glass of wine and admire the lake and mountains. I would certainly stay there again."

"Room was very quiet; noticeable how quiet the aircon was. View from room over lake was amazing to wake up to as was location for breakfast. Infinity pool is large, refreshing but not cold and a great spot to watch life on the lake go by."
