"The building needs cleaning. The elevators were filthy. No towels when we arrived. The dishwasher smelled horrible and the racks seemed to have black mold on them. The unit was clean and quiet."

"We had a conference at McCormick, and staying here gave us unbelievably nice amenities and a retreat from the massive conference hustle and bustle. Amanda is a rock-star host, the unit has an AMAZING view, and we had literally everything we could have needed for a comfortable stay. Quick tip as well - if you visit in February like we did, there is a skybridge across the street, so you can do all but two minutes of the walk to McCormick indoors. "

The area has a few other new apartment buildings and appears to be transforming into a trendy neighborhood in a few years. I enjoyed the apartment layout with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It provided a lot of privacy. New appliances and great water pressure. Minor drawback is street parking.
