"This was a friends meet up at Nick’s place. The apartment is quite roomy was very clean and has everything that you need—including a parking space. The communication with the host was fantastic, and he was very responsive. "We went to check out the University of Chicago. We were a mile or less from the center of campus, and maybe a 1/3 of a mile from the green line for forays to downtown and points more afield. We did it without a car. Nice place, responsive host. We would stay again."

"The owner greeted us upon our arrival after making every effort to accommodate our early arrival. We LOVED the house as it far exceeded our expectations. There was nothing that we needed that was not there. Not only was there a Keurig but ground coffee, canisters of sugar and creamer and candy in an extremely well-equipped kitchen. "The condo was beautiful, comfortable beds, cute decor. Although we enjoyed the place itself, the location was not ideal, especially for a group of girls. We did not particularly feel safe most of the time. The surrounding people were not welcoming. Didn't feel safe walking around outside. Our uber drivers said we were about 4 blocks away from the troubled part of the west side. Too close for comfort."

"Communication with property management was exceptional. We even had an issue that was resolved at the location within a couple of hrs (toilet issue). Super cute place, seems like a new renovation. Good location - we felt comfortable walking during the day, maybe not at night (but only due to a coupe do blocks). There was some outside noise that carried on at night the first night, but nothing to note the second night. Overall, a great stay!"

"Thank you so much to these hosts. My family was in town during a very difficult time in our lives. These hosts provided us with a quiet, peaceful, and beautiful place to come back to and decompress. It was a short walk to several parks and other activities, plus the historical house were so neat to look at while we walked around the neighborhood. Bonus tip from the host about a farmers market on Saturdays with some of the best donuts ever!😊 100% will stay here again if we are back to the area. "

"The place offered stunning views, and it was nice to have plenty of room to all spread out (and everyone had their own bathroom!). The neighborhood had a lot of cafe/food/beverage options that were walkable, and it was conveniently located to mass transit. We had a tiny issue with the water heater, but Jake and Nathan were responsive and fixed the issue. Check in and out was a breeze! "

"Not having stayed in a downtown loft before, I did have to really follow the directions provided closely in order to get in the unit. It's a bit complicated at first because you use an app for the key which I've not done before, but figured it out with the help of my teens. I found a parking garage less than a block away through another app on a suggestion from the manager which was very convenient. The location cannot be beat. There are so many great places to eat as well as a jazz club...
