"A very comfortable two bedroom first floor house with a full kitchen and laundry facilities. The kitchen had everything you would want and we made use of making breakfast and lunches there while my daughters were at a music festival at SeekGeat stadium. It is very close to public transportation - about a block walk to the 307 bus line. The JewelOsco is right across the street which made for easy shopping. Owner was very easy to communicate with and answered messages immediately. the downstairs unit is quite loud since you can hear every footstep in the upstairs unit but other than that the neighborhood is very quiet, neighbors all waved and were friendly."
