"We needed a place for a group of family to stay that was near wintrust arena for a graduation ceremony. This place was close and cheaper than all of the other options. That’s what it’s got going for it. Opting for parking was a big hassle. The place was sort of clean (a little mold along caulk lines in showers, old plastic shower curtain, stovetop was dirty, some fixtures were loose) but the condition of the place was definitely showing wear. "Overall stay, I would rate a 4.2 out of 5. The host was very responsive. The only problems I did encounter was parking, the inconsistency of the thermostat, and beds. Overall I would book again. So that should say a lot. "
