"I’ve stayed at this property before and had a great experience, which is why I chose to return. Unfortunately, this stay was very disappointing. At check-in, we were charged an unexpected $25 daily amenity fee that was not clearly explained. The room itself was not up to standard—the AC was not working, and the refrigerator was broken and overheating. This was especially concerning because my husband is diabetic and requires refrigeration for his medication. We contacted the front desk multiple times, and although maintenance came, they were unable to fix the issues. We were only provided a fan, and the refrigerator had to be unplugged. We were told the hotel was fully booked and could not move us unless we paid extra, which did not feel reasonable given the circumstances. Overall, the lack of proper room conditions and resolution made our stay very uncomfortable and we were unable to sleep well. I would recommend confirming room conditions and any additional fees before booking"

"My husband and I were only there for few hours while we looked for other accomidations! It Reaked of pot, the room smelt like some kind of spray to mask the smell of pot. I left with a headache.The linens on bed were worn and torn. A dog was on our floor barking non-stop! The paking was rediculous. We were concerned our truck would be hit it was so tight and small. We felt unsafe and was concerned what would go on in evening. Prositution? Not what they avritise as "NEW" NO Thank you! We couldn't leave fast enough! False adverising for sure! Very Disappointing! We had to pay additinal expences to find another location. Horrible way to run a buisness!"

"Room was super clean, free shuttle service was amazing, drivers are super friendly. Breakfast Buffet was very good. I must say what a great place to stay if your looking to go to visit American Dream Mall andTime Square NYC,this is definitely the place to stay because taking the bus ride so convenient.very cheap $4.50 one way and the buses run every 15min to the city and you dont pay for the Lincoln tunnel toll which is outrageous. I definitely give this hotel a thumbs up 👍 for their servece and location"
