"Very clean and well managed. The exception to everything that was great about the place was the 2 men who were working at the desk at 10:15PM on Wednesday, September 23, 2026. I have, NEVER in my life had anyone in customer service treat me so badly. Unprofessional, Rude, and just out and out nasty, would be a compliment for the 2 of them. On the other hand, Nick, the young lady who was a manager, housekeeping receive my highest praise. I would suggest that the 2 men I dealt with, take a class or two in customer service or seek employment elsewhere as customer service doesnt appear to be a good feet. Other than those two characters, it was a WONDERFUL stay, and I will definitely go there again if I am in the area"

"Enjoyed my first stay at this hotel. Room was clean and well maintained. The modern bathroom was a nice surprise. Enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. The parking area was convenient and secure."

"Yes, this is a little out of the way but you can’t beat the price. The room was small but very clean. I did find the room too hot without the window cracked open a bit. Near the 1 and A trains. Since the A is a super express you can get midtown pretty quickly. Staff was fantastic."
