Grand ParcVue Hotel Residence Chengdu

Grand ParcVue Hotel Residence Chengdu

10/10 Excellent
"We really loved this place! There was plenty of space for the whole family, and the room had pretty much everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming, and the location was great. The only minor downside is that the nearest subway station is a bit of a walk. Unfortunately, it was raining during our stay, and we noticed water leaking in several areas of the hotel, including the dining area and the covered pickleball court. Hopefully, these issues can be addressed and repaired soon. The food was excellent and of good quality. We also really enjoyed having so many activity options, including the gym, swimming pool, and outdoor sports court. Overall, it was a great place for a family stay, and we would definitely consider coming back."

Free mini fridge welcome drinks were provided. Buffet breakfast had plentiful of food from Western to Chinese cuisine. They also provide free high tea and night supper too. Location is excellent just 10 mins walk to Chunxi road and train station. Every staff is polite and friendly so really can’t ask for more with such a good nightly rate."

"Great comfortable and modern hotel. Free laundry with dryer is a plus. The staff were not exactly the most helpful. The one who checked me in didn’t even know what she was doing - first asked me to pay 300 yuan or so although I paid in full for my one night. Then she later said oh no sorry. Then asked for my visa while my passport was with her and there was a clear transit sticker. Anytime I asked a question, I got a blunt response like someone who didn’t care. But hotel itself is decent. Great location. Walking distance to places."
