The staff speak English which is a plus and are super friendly and helpful. They helped me organize my trip to the panda center and to an evening opera show. The candies and treats in the room are also a yummy touch!"

It’s inside a huge building with 6 or more hotels (that honestly looked way better than this one) The lobby is really small and weird, the breakfast is really bad and the room doesn’t make a lot of sense. Don’t stay here if you have big luggage. The staff is really nice and the location is amazing. But honestly there are way better options around. "
