"The property is located in a great spot in Chelsea. The house is from the mid 1800’s and has a ton of charm. The rooftop had a very nice view. The staff was incredible! From Matthew and Giovanni the concierges, to Hashim and Leo in the breakfast room. The big disappointment was the upkeep of the building and cleanliness of the room. The walls are chipped and paint is cracked from objects hitting the walls. That is something that should be addressed on a weekly basis, to keep the place looking Our room was very nice, with tapestry hanging over the bed. The bad thing is that it was covered in dust. Regardless of these missteps, we loved our stay! It was conveniently located to buses, the metro and eateries and shopping."
