"I loved the atmosphere and vibe at the Omni! Yuncey our housekeeper was excellent…very kind. We had to have our sheets changed during our stay and Dwayne was services was excellent! The one down side were the pillows, they were flat. Also, I used a link from the Omni hotel to book a tour at a museum and the link was for a museum in DC, not Boston."
