"Newly refurbished, still a few problems. Light on desk not working, no mirror for ladies to see when drying hair but told they were arriving that day. Difficult working the shower. Had to call for assistance so need instructions on the door of how’s to turn on and off and direct to overhead or hand held. Otherwise very satisfied with the hotel. Staff were very helpful and friendly. A delicious breakfast. We have stayed there before and would so so again."

"Stayed here with my daughter, while my husband was in nearby hospital, the receptionist couldn't have been more helpful and meals and service were great. It is set in lovely grounds. Would definitely recommend. "

"Impressively clean, modern and comfortable room. Really friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was included with 24 hour access to the fresh coffee machine a nice bonus. Buses pass by every few minutes but the hotel is only about a 15 minute walk to Stratford and its many transport links, shopping centre and Olympic-legacy facilities and attractions. "

"The staff on reception were friendly and helpful. We ate lunch in the clubhouse which was nice. The spa area was well presented and clean. Definitely worth a visit. The room was clean apart from the cobwebs. High dusting required. Bed was comfy enough. We had one of the older rooms. It was all perfectly adequate. The only criticism is the weird noises.
