"We have stayed here previously in the Jewel wing which is the new section and very nice. Upon arrival the staff said we could have an upgrade to the original building. It was not as nice as Jewel room. Older and noisier. There is a trade off of being closer to facilities v newer and better room. "

"The overall experience was quite good. Three items prevented our rating from a 10. First, the numerous power outages that caused stoppage of elevators. Second, the room was nice but larger suitcases had difficulty in the space. Third, the shower hot water was not sufficiently hot although the sink was perfectly fine. If those items can be corrected you would get a 10 rating from us."
