She was an absolute gem—compassionate, accommodating, and genuinely kind. When I called early in the morning to rebook the same room I’d stayed in the night before with my sister-in-law, she warmly told me I could return early and not to worry about housekeeping—it was mine. Her voice alone was soothing, and when I arrived, her calm and welcoming demeanor truly helped me settle back in. It’s rare to find hospitality that feels this human and heartfelt. I’m deeply grateful for this experience and highly recommend this hotel to anyone in need of a peaceful, gracious place to land. 💗 "

"I got to the hotel at 12pm and Staff checked me in without charging a check in fee. It's a very nice and clean hotel. The noise from traffic outside didn't affect my sleep."
