"We had a fantastic time in New York, largely thanks to this apartment and the smooth, friendly communication with the host. The location is absolutely perfect — right in the middle of the action, with shops, restaurants, and public transport just around the corner. The apartment itself is a bit dated and shows some wear, but it is clean, comfortable, and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. We would happily stay here again!"

"The location is convenient for accessing Manhattan, but the condition of the property was far below expectations. During our stay, we encountered multiple serious problems. Including: strong gas odor, a stove that did not work, broken chairs, and significant plumbing issues (some bathrooms had very low water flow, others lacked cold water). Only one key was provided for a large group, and despite the listing, there was no EV charging available.Parking was also a major issue. The information...

"The rental property isn’t a townhouse as advertised, but an apartment on the first floor of the building. Furthermore, the entrance to this apartment is located in an alley next to the building near several trash bins… The apartment itself wasn’t properly cleaned prior to our arrival (dirty carpets and dust in several areas). When we arrived and notified the host, we were told that the apartment door had simply been left unlocked (!!!) and that the key was on the dining table. No parking was...

"We never had to use an Uber because this location so close to everything (especially all the broadway theaters. Great!"
