"The staff is excellent! We enjoyed the hotel, and stayed in one of the Norman Foster-designed rooms. We were a bit frustrated by the complexity of turning the lights on and off, and noisiness of the bed when getting in and out. Flushing the toilet meant putting your entire body weight behind pushing the button and bending way down to do that. Other than those details, we were happy with our stay, and would absolutely return."
