"We stayed for couple of nights here during our visit to Madrid. We hhave mixed feelings about this hotel. The rooms were not ready by check in time. The front desk offered to store our luggage till the room was ready. The 2 bedrooms were spacious and comfortable with modern amenities for our family(2 adults and 2 teenage kids) We loved the closet ,it was huge walk in closet. The bathroom was the only con it was tiny and the door handle came off , we tried to explain to the guys at the front desk...

"A very modern hotel renowned for the architecture. Unusual settings of each room. Electric curtains, open shower. The facilities in the room were good but lacking in the basics. There is no coffee/ tea station in the room. To turn the curtains on or off, one had to go to the room entrance door. Wish it was near the bedside. There were no electric points next to the bedside.."
