"Just returned from a 5 day, 4 night stay at this RIU property. From beginning to end, it was just perfect. The staff was SO friendly and accommodating. They always greeted you with a smile. The facility is spotless (room, beach, dining rooms, open areas). The meals were excellent and we never left hungry. The buffet had literally any food you could imagine. Our bedroom which was ocean front, was very comfortable and quiet. We are already planning a return visit. "

"On our first day, front desk called twice 5 mins apart asking if everything was fine. Then, a maintenance guy knocked stating he got a call that we supposedly reported something was leaking.Mind you, its only been 20 mins since we got insde the room, tired and just resting in bed. Not sure if theyre trying to go in and steal. Room phone was broken and couldnt dial out. Then, the night before we check out, another maintenance guy knocked once and went in and open the door. He appeared surprised to see me and my bf inside the room and said he got a call that we reported our sink was clogged? Suspicious! We couldnt even make a call cus the phone is broken and we NEVER reported anything was leaking or clogged. The room is outdated, water temperature doesnt stay warm, it gets too hot where it could burn your skin then too cold. The buffet food is a 2/10. Not much choices. The oceanview is nice. Stay here at your own risk."

"The night shows and the bartenders working the theater area were both top notch and a lot of fun!!! My wife does wish there was a pool and bar area open later into the evening but other than that no complaints. All of the staff were super friendly and helpful. "
