"This was my first big girl solo trip. I was very nervous but felt safe here. The staff was very nice. Check in and out was easy and quick. Also you're in the heart of La Placita, so as soon as you walk out there is dancing and music everywhere. So be mindful of that when booking you will hear music till late at night. But honestly I didnt hear it when I went into the bedroom. My only thing was there was a lot of leftover rose petals under the bed which made me a bit cautious on how clean the bed...

"Decent stay. My A/C didn’t work the entirety of the trip i reached out to the staff who were very helpful and was told someone would be out to fix it. No one ever showed up. Kind of disappointing being a bit uncomfortable in such a hot place like Puerto Rico. I also was under the impression that this was some sort of hotel and the room would be getting cleaned daily but maybe that’s just on me. But other than that the location was a solid launch point to get anywhere in san juan."

To list any negative was the plumbing -- pipe at bathtub was loose and over flowing, the bathroom shower flow. The host was very responsive and sent handyman immediately. Over all good place. The host should consider to lower the price, as they will not go vacant any time in year."

"We had an amazing stay at NOA! The space was spotless, beautifully designed, and looked exactly like the photos. It was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a great trip. The location was perfect, right off Loíza Street, within walking distance of tons of incredible restaurants, coffee shops, and nightlife, and only about an 8-minute walk to the beach. It made exploring San Juan so easy without needing a car. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to...
