"I was a bit iffy at first as you never truly know what you’re walking into with regards to how clean the rooms are, what the property looks like in person, etc. Well my sister & I stayed her for four days & honestly this was the highlight of our trip. We loved this hotel, the area was perfect steps away from La Placita. We were able to walk around to everything, the beach, the food strip, Walmart, etc. we rented a car we didn’t even need and although this place doesn’t have parking onsite it wasn’t hard to find parking, the staff was helpful and would let us know if someone in front pulled out, they provided us with a map/guide on where we can and can’t park. The staff were cool, friendly, and helpful. This place is a steal of a deal. I am for sure coming back but this time with more of my family. This place had a pool, although we didn’t go in it the entire time (we are more beach people than pool people), it was small but cute. Rooms are VERY CLEAN. The area is noisy due to construction near by but I live in the city so the noise doesn’t bother me or affect me. & I’m sure once the construction is done it’ll only be noisy at night from La Placita. Highly recommend to all types of travelers. Also this place doesn’t have an elevator but this is something I didn’t mind either, the staff was nice enough to bring my luggage to the room & take it to my car when I was leaving which was very kind and appreciated. The food places near by also 10/10."

"The fridge, coffee maker and closet are in the bathroom with the toilet & shower…not exactly convenient if you’re not alone. The bathroom door has gaps so very little privacy. The room lock malfunctions so you need the room key to lock the door. There’s only 1 elevator working. The partial ocean view is 10% - the roof and buildings are the remaining 90%! There’s no restaurant in the hotel so the “breakfast” pictured is for the hotel across the street. The only thing this hotel has is a muffin and coffee bar. The big 5-Star is their staff! They’re friendly and so accommodating! They’re thorough with cleaning, service and extremely knowledgeable about the area."

"Loved our stay. Hotel is very clean. Staff is exceptional at their job and very accommodating. Weekend nights can get a little loud but it is PUERTO RICO. Great place to kick back and enjoy life."
