"I was supposed to have stayed at this hotel for 3 nights, but after less than an hour I started having problems. First problem was that the room is offered bare of any amenities - as I am travelling for about a month, you would expect to find simple things like shampoo, soap, fresh usable towels, hair drier, some water in the fridge, etc. There was absolutely nothing. I asked reception for shampoo and such likes and was told the hotel does not provide those. I had to go out in the rain and find...

"Quarto satisfatório, porém peca na limpeza. A empresa que intermediou a reserva é horrível, não presta informações, colaboradores grosseiros... sou PCD e em nenhum momento perguntaram sobre isso, meu quarto era bem distante da entrada do clube. Obs- quarto não possui eletrodomésticos e itens de cozinha. Laqua 1, quarto 121 D!"
