The catering staff and the cleaning staff were doing a fine job . Unfortunately the front of house staff at reception were extremely poor constantly on their phones watching videos barely could they look up from said devices to say good morning or good evening. The hotel was dirty,noisy and outdated.

Ruim demais, atendimento sem preparo, não tinham cobertores para fornecer, tive que me cobrir com um lençol, hotel com 2 elevadores, 1 quebrado e o outro sempre com problemas, muito demorado. Café da manhã ruim demais, café frio e poucas opções para escolha.

Toalhas rasgadas e ralas. Banheiro com cheiro fortíssimo de esgoto. Nao havia coberta/cobertores, solicitamos disseram que a lavanderia nao havia entregado. Recepcionista da tarde sem preparo algum pra atendimento ao público. Cama solicitada na reserva era de casal, nos colocaram com uma cama de "casal" formada por duas camas de solteiro com um vão no meio. Nos demais aspectos um excelente custo-beneficio.

O hotel tem um potencial de ser 5 estrelas, mas pelo que ouvi dos funcionários a administração não importa com o hotel. Consequentemente alguns funcionários estão sempre de mal humor e reclamando dos clientes, o que é uma falta de profissionalismo, mas pela situação é compreensível. Infelizmente o hotel precisa de reparações, vistoria e uma melhor administração: elevador, banheiros e ar condicionado em geral.
