Experiência ruim

Os pontos bons: café da manhã bom, limpeza também estava boa. Pontos ruins: Atendimento na recepção péssimo, funcionários sem nenhuma cordialidade. Condições do quarto péssima, toalhas estavam os trapos, finas e desfiando, muito velhas, no primeiro dia faltou toalha, pedi na recepção, a funcionária informou que não tinha. Somente no segundo dia forneceram a toalha que faltava. O hotel precisa de manutenção geral, o banheiro não tem nem box no chuveiro, fica todo molhado, o elevador com defeito, sempre travando. Pelo preço da diária eu não esperava nenhum luxo, mas o mínimo deveria ter, infelizmente foi uma experiência ruim.
