No decent parking; only option is underground without an elevator to the lobby, problem starts there having to walk with luggage through car access ramp, not safe. Receptionist at check in was rude, she was full of attitude. Rooms are not clean, bathroom is minuscule. Toilet clogged and not fixed after 2 days complaining. Towels and bedding not replaced even after asked. Smelly towels, as well as pillows. Housekeeping, when they came, did not clean shower floor. Hotel does not give confidence that it is a clean place. Only exception to a really bad experience was the receptionist in the last day; Eduardo was helpful with a last minute issue we had. His good willing was not enough though, we’ll never stay there again.

Nice hotel for a business trip

Nice clean hotel with great friendly staff. Breakfast was good and hotel restaurant was not a bad option for lunch. Language can be a barrier but solvable with google translate. Will stay here again on my next business trip.

Ótima relação custo x benefício

Acima do esperado! Vou começar pelo principal destaque: já me hospedei em muitos hotéis e o café da manhã do Alphapark é realmente um destaque, excelente e com muito capricho, o pastel de nata ou pastel de Belém estava delicioso. Outros aspectos: a localização não é das melhores, poucas opções de restaurantes no entorno. O atendimento simpático e ágil. Quarto e banheiro de bom tamanho. Cama confortável, ar condicionado bom, chuveiro bom. Pontos que poderiam ser melhores: qualidade do travesseiro não combina com o restante, TV com mais opções, Internet mais estável e a academia essa sim precisa melhorar, inclusive disponilizando um bebedouro lá. Porém, mesmo assim considerando custo X benefício o hotel é excelente.

Todo estava ótimo exceto por eles permitirem que carros a combustão estacionem nas vagas para carregamento de carros elétricos. Não me adiantou nada ter escolhido um hotel com essa comodidade uma vez que o acesso ficou impossibilitado durante toda a estadia.

Já foi um bom hotel.

As instalações são razoáveis. A limpeza deixa a desejar. No minha estadia, o banheiro estava com aspecto sujo. O blindex do box não era limpo há muitos dias. O ar-condicionado estava pingando água. O café da manhã é trivial, de médio para fraco. O ponto forte é a localização. O bairro é seguro, o que dá tranquilidade para deixar o carro em estacionamento público nas imediações. Há bons restaurantes próximos
