"Very spacious by Tokyo standards. I liked that it had three full beds for the whole fam. Fully set kitchen and fridge for any cooking you want to do. AC works exceptionally well which was nice at the end of a hot and humid day. A bit off the beaten track but easy to get everywhere with different subway stations within a 10 minutes walk. It felt very safe here. "

"This is a great little studio apartment in a nice, quiet area of Shinjuku. The building is really lovely. It is close to lots of places to eat and the train station. We are a family of five so it was a bit small (from our Western perspective) but we were out a lot anyway! The beds were comfortable and the bathroom and shower were nice. I would definitely stay here again."

"The property was fine and clean, but the layout was very strange and inconvenient with the one small bathroom set apart from the shower/bath. And the bathroom was very tiny and with no trash can. The beds were very comfortable though and clean. The pull out/convertible sofa bed was dirty and stained. Overall, not bad, but I would rather opt to stay in a hotel the next visit. "
