Det var det sämsta jag någonsin varit med om. Hade åkt från Sverige för att hälsa på min bror i Tokyo i 7 dagar. De första 4 dagarna blev helt förstörda pga boendets obefintliga kommunikation. Jag spenderade varje vaken minut med att undra var jag ska sova i natt. Och vad jag ska göra om de inte svarar. Hotels.com hjälpte mig att komma till ett nytt boende första natten, Vlad hos er gjorde ett bra jobb! men det blev inget bestämt med värden om resterande nätter. När jag kontaktade hotels.com igen sa de att hotels.com inte kunde hjälpa mig och kunde inte göra något åt min situation. Så på dagarna fick jag alltså oroa mig för var jag skulle sova på natten och på natten fick jag orka mig för om jag skulle behöva checka ut eller inte på morgonen dagen därpå. Eftersom jag inte fick svar av boendet. Det resulterade i att jag inte kunde sova, alls, och de 4 första dagarna blev helt förstörda. Mitt avtal är dock med Hotels.com och jag kommer begära att Hotels.com betalar ut halva min resa eftersom halva resan blev förstörd pga att hotels.com inte kunde leverera det jag betalat för. Med halva resan menar jag 50% av flygresekostnaden, mat för de första 4 dagarna, telefonkostnader pga långa telefonsamtal som krävdes akut med hotels.com från utlandet pga boendets skick. Detta är kostnader som jag inte haft om det inte vore för strulet med boendet, eller kostnader som jag haft för att kunna spendera tid med min bror i Japan som jag inte kunnat utnyttja pga strul med boendet.
