"Watch out for your time of departure on your last day, we were hoping for a lie in after some hard skiing and a leisurely breakfast before heading off but the snowmobile transfer back to village is not allowed to run between 9am and 5pm. It is not practical to take bulky luggage, skis, etc on chairlift so we had to get up early enough to catch the snowmobile. This was a very minor inconvenience and certainly would not stop me returning"

"We thought this hotel was a good value for money. The location and breakfasts were excellent and the room clean. Our family room was not over the bar and only one night was there significant noise. The service was friendly. There were some hot water issues when we were there, with the shower temperature varying greatly. This may have effected our spa visit where the hot tub was not hot, only lukewarm and the Scottish shower was unbearably cold and uncomfortable. Additionally, the price was 60...

"La propreté au Chalet Della Guida est impeccable, tant le linge que la vaisselle et la salle de bain. Nous avons été bien reçu malgré un problème au niveau de la réservation (notre enfant n'avait pas été reporté dans la réservation, ni les petits déjeuners). Nous avons profité du billard présent dans la salle commune en soirée pour de bonnes parties en famille. Le seul point négatif, c'est la qualité du matelas qui s'avère très mou et sur ressors. Les gros gabarits risquent le mal de dos au...

"This is a simple but cosy hotel in a nice location at the top of the old town of Bardonecchia. The quadruple room was spacious, the beds were comfortable, plenty of storage, a clean and functional bathroom. Parking on site and even a small playground for the younger kids as well as the garden. Breakfast buffet was also good. Overall, a very pleasant and comfortable stay, just what we needed at the end of our holiday."

"You can walk to lifts in ski boots. Shops, food, etc. is right next to hotel. We drove, easy parking...everything was just really simple. Two guys running hotel...ashamed to say I never asked their names...extermly friendly and helpful. Would I stay there again...yes."
