"We chose this accommodation to use for a skiing holiday. The location and facilities were suitable for our needs and the local shop and restaurant are worth a visit. We are a family of four so there was ample space for the two teenagers to have their own sleeping areas. The WiFi is only available for two devices although I believe you could purchase more tokens. "

"We loved chalet del sole - location was amazing right on the piste. It was very quiet when we there so the menu was limited but all the food we had was great. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms basic but clean and cosy, beds a little bit hard after a full days skiing! Overall we had a great time! "

Nous avons été bien reçu malgré un problème au niveau de la réservation (notre enfant n'avait pas été reporté dans la réservation, ni les petits déjeuners). "A studio in a residential building, in a quiet part of Sestriere. Secure underground parking with lock. Comfortable and well equipped.The concierge Elena, is especially lovely and helpful. She speaks perfect English (and French and Italian, of course!)"

"Watch out for your time of departure on your last day, we were hoping for a lie in after some hard skiing and a leisurely breakfast before heading off but the snowmobile transfer back to village is not allowed to run between 9am and 5pm. It is not practical to take bulky luggage, skis, etc on chairlift so we had to get up early enough to catch the snowmobile. This was a very minor inconvenience and certainly would not stop me returning"

"Some lovely staff, good location, a short walk to town. Bedrooms were small but functional, bathrooms a little tired. Was unable to stop room being too hot despite turning down radiators. Breakfast service was slow and random, much better to provide a buffet, or even just a self service coffee machine, it could take 20 mins to get a coffee in morning. We didn’t stay around the bar for the nightly karaoke style singer."

"The Hotel has a nightclub under one part which is not owned by the hotel. I was kept awake until 4am the first night, and 3am the second night. When I asked to move rooms the staff apologised, it is a known issue and effects the entire hotel... I have no idea how you can continue to rent rooms in a hotel where the guests can't sleep... We were moved to the far end of the hotel... and I was still forced to sleep with headphones on. The only saving grace of this hotel is the very nice staff,...
