"The hotel itself was great. Unfortunately, I wish they had parking."

"You guys did great,Best Western motel owner"

"The staff and house keepers were great but the breakfast wasn’t good. From past stays at other embassy suites much better"

"This hotel is not only clean and comfortable, it is also located near good restaurants. We were in Phoenix for a medical appointment at the Banner MD Anderson Cancer Center, located about two miles away. We were perfectly situated."

"The facility was beautiful and in a great location for our conference. The only concern I have is that the check on staff do not have the familiarity of the surrounding restaurants. When I inquired about a steakhouse close to the facility they didn’t have any ideas and didn’t have a map of the downtown."

"Hallway carpets very dirty. I booked though Expedia then was required to provide 100$US security deposit at cheque and was advised Expedia would refund me the deposit however, did not receive the refund."

"The rooms were very clean but the design is just awful. The bathroom felt like a prison bathroom and the bulbs throughout the room were so cold it felt like you were in a hospital. Staff was very nice but I have to comment on the aesthetics of the space because the cost of the stay wasn’t inexpensive. I think this could be a great hotel but they at the very least should use warm bulbs throughout the room so it’s relaxing"

"I have a beautiful picture yall would like. Contact me."

"Awesome place!"

"Breakfast was really good variety"

"Great stay!"

"Nice location downtown. Close to Phoenix Suns Stadium, Chase Field, and the Convention Centet."
